We love a good themed party and we wanted to make sure you guys are prepared for the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend with our favorite White Wine based Sangria!
To start off, let’s make sure we can all explain to our guests what we are serving them.
WHAT IS SANGRIA?
Sangria is an alcoholic beverage originating in Spain and Portugal. It is almost like a punch, but wine based. It contains various combinations of fruits, juices, and sometimes liqueurs, sweeteners and even sparking water. Sangria isn’t always red wine based either, you can use prosecco or white wine- it is really your preference here!
We are going to show you a white wine based Sangria!
RECIPE:
- A bottle of Sauvignon Blanc of your preference
- Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate
- Simple Syrup
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
HOW TO:
Pour your wine, simple syrup and lemonade concentrate into your pitcher or dispenser of choice, we like to use an acrylic drink dispenser like this one! It is great and safe for outdoor usage. Once you have mixed the liquids, you’ll then add in your fruits. We like to meddle some strawberries and raspberries to put into the mixture, then leave some for garnish. Add the blueberries into the glasses that you’ll be serving, to be the Blue in your Red, White & Blue themed party!
